- Clothing choices play a big role in how your photos turn out, so do take some time to plan your outfits. Choose a colour palette that compliments one another, and if your family members are joining, it's best for everyone to be colour coordinated.

Are there additional charges I should be aware of?
A few may apply depending on your session needs.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: $80 surcharge
- Additional hours: $120 per hour (subject to availability)
- Additional pax: $20/ person
What is your turnaround time for photos?
Our turnaround time is 3-5 weeks, as we don’t limit to a fixed number of photos, only a minimum. This allows us to carefully select and edit each image with our signature finish, ensuring consistent quality throughout your gallery.
If you need your photos sooner, a rush option is available at $100 for a 1 week turnaround after shoot date.
Can I choose which photos go into the 4R prints and album?
Yes, you’ll be given 48 hours to select your preferred images before your gallery is finalised and delivered. Print and album timelines will begin once your selections are submitted. To avoid delays, please send in your choices within the given timeframe.
Do you provide Raw files?
We don’t provide RAW files as they are unprocessed and don’t reflect our final quality and style. We deliver all the best edited images from your session, including candid in between moments. Once your gallery is ready, you can take your time to go through it and choose the photos that resonate most with you.
Are there any travel charges for outdoor shoots?
For standard locations across mainland Singapore, there are no additional travel fees. A flat rate of $50 applies for locations that are less accessible (e.g. not reachable by public transport, require long walking distances, or areas like Sentosa).
how do I book my session?
To secure and fully prioritise your session slot, a 50% retainer is required upon booking. The remaining balance can be paid anytime up to 3 weeks before your session date.
For last minute bookings made less than 1 month before the session, full payment will be required to confirm your booking.
Do I only get a minimum of 15 images? What happens to the rest of the pictures?
The guaranteed minimum is 15 edited images. However, the final number of images delivered is usually based on the overall flow of the session. For a 1 hour session, clients typically receive anywhere between 15-40 edited images when the session goes smoothly and according to plan.
Do note that unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather during outdoor shoots, delayed start times, or interruptions during the session, may affect the final number of images returned.
Our main focus is always quality over quantity. Every delivered image is carefully selected and edited to ensure you receive the best moments from your session. Rest assured, each session is thoughtfully planned to create a smooth experience and maximise the number of beautiful images delivered to you.
